1. Class Cancellations by Yogam
- If a class/session is canceled by Yogam (due to instructor unavailability or other reasons), we will reschedule the class or offer credit for future use.
2. Class Cancellations by Participants
- Offline/Online Class Bookings: Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the session may be rescheduled to another available slot.
- No refunds will be issued for missed or unattended classes.
3. Memberships & Programs
- Once a membership plan or program (like “60 Days Life Changing Yoga Program”) is purchased, no refund will be provided after the start date.
- In exceptional cases (medical emergencies, relocation), requests may be considered with valid proof at Yogam’s discretion.
4. Refunds (if applicable)
- Approved refunds (if any) will be processed within 7–10 working days to the original payment method.
5. Refund Timeline
- Refund Request Review: Within 2–3 working days of receiving your request.
- Approval & Processing: Within 7–10 working days after approval.
